Ear screening program details of Shramik Bal Bigyan Lower Secondary School

Pulchowk, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Ms. Prity Maharjan & Ms. Oihane.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 137
• Total number with normal findings: 82 (59.85%)
• Total number with wax: 45 (32.84%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 10 (7.29%)
