Ear screening program details of Shree Sisnery Higher Secondary School

Lamatar, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Volunteers: Ms. Mana Shrestha.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 87
• Total number with normal findings: 56 (64.36%)
• Total number with wax: 22 (25.28%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 9 (10.34%)
• Students requiring surgery: 2
