Ear screening program details of Sathiko Sath Nepal

Dhapakhel, Lalitpur 

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Dr. Falak, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Prity Maharjan & Ms. Elina Maharjan. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 54 
• Total number of students with normal findings: 32 (59.25%)
• Total number of students with wax: 18 (33.33%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 4 (7.40%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 1 (1.85%)
