Ear screening program details of Shree Siddheshwor Lower Secondry School

Godawari, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Volunteers: Ms. Diki Tsering.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 111
• Total number with normal findings: 69 (62.16%)
• Total number with wax: 30 (27.02%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 12 (10.81%)
• Students requiring surgery: 2
