Ear screening program details of Patha Pradarshan High School, Badikhel, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Volunteers: Ms. Prity Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 242
• Total number with normal findings: 151 (62.39%)
• Total number with wax: 73 (30.16%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 18 (7.4%)
• Students requiring surgery: 6
