Ear screening program details of Shramik Shanti Higher Secondary School, Chyashal, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Volunteers: Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Pragya Bajracharya, Ms. Mahima Shah.
Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.
- Total number of students: 845
- Total number with normal findings: 612 (72.42%)
- Total number with wax: 166 (19.64%)
- Total number with middle ear problem: 61 (7.21%)
- Students requiring surgery: 17
