Ear screening program details of Adarsha Kanya Niketan Higher Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Volunteers: Ms. Pragya Bajracharya & Ms. Mahima Shah.
Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.
- Total number of students: 254
- Total number with normal findings: 191 (75.19%)
- Total number with wax: 42 (16.53%)
- Total number with middle ear problem: 16 (6.29%)
- Students requiring ear surgery: 9
