Ear screening program details of Shree Janata Siddha Amar Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Prity Maharjan(Awale), Oihane.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 223
• Total number with normal findings: 170 (76.23%)
• Total number with wax: 35 (15.69%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 15 (6.72%)
