Ear screening program details of Bishnu Jyoti Higher Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Naresh Shakya, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Ms. Mana Shrestha, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 167
• Total number of students with normal findings: 118 (70.66%)
• Total number of students with wax: 41 (24.55%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 6 (3.59%)
• SNHL: 2 (1.19%)
